What comes to mind when you think of winter -rain, snow, cold and dark nights? Come along to this 2 hour workshop where we'll consider the best aspects of winter and see it as a special time of the year when we can connect with the natural flow of the seasons that gives us much needed time to slow down, re-energise and reflect. We'll be making some simple tips for keeping healthy, practacing winter midfulness and setting setting 5 winter well-being goals to make sure we postively embrace the darkest month of the year.
