Emotional well-being crucially effects our path through life.
We have a number of well-being options at S2R Create Space, ranging from one of sessions to 5 week courses, so hopefully there is something to suit you; Welcome Session, Be Well, You and Your Wellbeing and Ways to Well-being.
These drop-ins run regularly throughout the year where you can come in and find out more about what we do and which option might be right for you.
A 3 hour workshop where you can learn about the simple things you can do to make yourself feel better.
You and Your Well-being
This is a fun and light-heart look at the 6 aspects of wellbeing with each topic being delivered in 2 hours sessions over 3 weeks. Topics include; healthy eating, exercise, sleep, mental health and wellbeing, noticing and managing our thoughts and mindfulness relaxation.
Ways to Well-being
This 5 week course looks at well-being and self-help in more detail. Each sessions looks at the national 5 Ways to Well-being campaign; Be Active, Take Notice, Connect, Keep Learning, and Give.
