Whether you’re walking for fitness, to spend time outdoors or just going to the shops, it’s a great way to improve your wellbeing. If you walk regularly, you may notice improvements in your mood and sleep patterns; reduced stress, fatigue and anxiety; improved self-esteem and even clearer thinking.
