2. S2R reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time by posting changes online. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of this agreement as modified by the changes.

3. S2R processes information about you in accordance with our privacy policy. By using this site, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

4. Intellectual property rights:

4.3 No part of this website, including information, images, photographs, logos, names, icons  or any other material contained within the site may be copied, republished, posted, broadcast or reproduced in any form without the prior written permission of S2R or its licensors.

4.4 Documents downloaded from this site may not be altered, adapted or used for commercial purposes without obtaining prior written permission to do so from S2R.

4.5 If you breach these Terms of Use, your right to use this site will cease immediately and you must, at S2R’s insistence, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

5.2 We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.

8. Use of this website:

8.1 You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner which does not infringe the rights of, or restrict, or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this site by any third party. Such restriction and inhibition includes, without limitation, conduct which is unlawful or which may harass or cause distress or inconvenience to any person and the transmission of obscene or offensive material or disruption of normal flow of dialogue within this site.

By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990 and your right to use this site will cease immediately. S2R will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by such attacks or viruses that may infect your computer system.

9.1 S2R does not warrant that the functions contained in the material included in this site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy or reliability of the materials.

9.2 This site and its content are provided without any representation or endorsement, and without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy.

9.3 Without prejudice to the generality of clauses 9.1 and 9.2, any commentary and other materials posted on this site are not intended to amount to advice on which reliance should be placed. S2R therefore disclaims all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such materials by any visitor to this site, or by anyone who may be informed of any of its contents.

9.4 To the extent permitted by law, S2R hereby excludes:

9.4.1 all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity; 

9.4.2 liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with our site or in connection with the use, inability to use, or results of the use of our site, any websites linked to it and any materials posted on it, whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable, provided that this condition shall not prevent claims for loss of or damage to your tangible property or any other claims for direct financial loss that are not excluded by any of the categories set out above.

9.5 Nothing in this clause affects S2R liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence, liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. General:

10.1 If there is a conflict between these Terms of Use and rules and/or any specific terms of use appearing on this site relating to specific material then the latter shall prevail.

10.2 If any of these Terms of Use should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these Terms of Use are intended to be effective, then to the extent to and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid and unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from this clause and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and continue to be binding and enforceable.

10.3 These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any disputes arising here from shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
